GRANTING CLAUSES. In addition to the Grant of the Indenture, the Issuer Grants to the Indenture Trustee, as Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Series 20 - Noteholders, all of the Issuer’s right, title and interest, whether now owned or acquired in the future, in, to and under the Series 20 - Collateral. This Grant is made in trust to secure (a) the payment of principal of, interest on and any other amounts owing on the Series 20 - Notes as stated in the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement for the benefit of the Series 20 - Noteholders and (b) the Issuer’s compliance with its obligations under the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement, all as stated in the Series 20 - Notes, the Indenture and this Indenture Supplement. The Indenture Trustee acknowledges this Grant, accepts the trusts under this Indenture Supplement according to this Indenture Supplement and agrees to perform its duties in this Indenture Supplement so that the interests of the Series 20 - Noteholders may be adequately and effectively protected.
