Grantee’s Service Clause Samples
Grantee’s Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall: (i) limit the right of the Company or any of its Affiliates to terminate the Grantee's service as a director, officer or employee, for any or no reason or (ii) otherwise impose upon the Company or any of its Affiliates any obligation to employ or accept the services of the Grantee.
Grantee’s Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to continue as an employee of, or other service provider to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates or interfere in any way with the right of the Company, its Subsidiaries or its Affiliates, as the case may be, in their respective sole discretion, to terminate the Grantee’s employment or service relationship or to increase or decrease the Grantee’s compensation at any time.
