Common use of Grantee Recognition Clause in Contracts

Grantee Recognition. All facilities purchased or constructed pursuant to this Agreement shall be clearly identified as to funding source. The SUBRECIPIENT will include a reference to the financial support herein provided by HHS & ARRA in all publications and publicity. In addition, the SUBRECIPIENT will make a good faith effort to recognize HHS & ARRA support for all activities made possible with funds made available under this Agreement. The SUBRECIPIENT will mount a temporary construction sign for projects funded by HHS & ARRA. This design concept is intended to disseminate key information regarding the development team as well as Equal Housing Opportunity to the general public. The construction sign shall comply with applicable County Codes.
