Common use of Grant Clause in Contracts

Grant. The Company hereby grants to the Participant under the Plan an award of Restricted Stock Units, subject to all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement and the Plan.

Grant. The Company hereby grants to the Participant under the Plan an award Award for a number of Restricted Stock UnitsUnits set forth in the Restricted Stock Unit Agreement, subject to all of the terms and conditions in of the Restricted Stock Unit Agreement, including this Agreement Appendix A (collectively, the “Award Agreement”), and the Plan.

Grant. The Company hereby grants to the Participant under the Plan an award of Restricted Stock Units, subject to all of the terms and conditions in this Award Agreement and the Plan, which is incorporated herein by reference. Subject to Section 10 of the Plan, in the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Plan and the terms and conditions of this Award Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Plan will prevail in all respects.
