Common use of Grant Clause in Contracts

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under the Patent Rights to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and and/or to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under the Patent Rights to develop, manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license (sublicensable through multiple tiers in accordance with Section 2.6) under Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royaltyan exclusive, fully-bearing exclusive paid license under the Patent Rights and Technology Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan Sell and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and Territory, to perform Licensed Services Service in the Field of Use in the Territory, and to utilized Licensed Processes in the Field in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights Rights, to manufacturemake, have manufacturedmade, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services Processes in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights to research, develop, manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license (with the right to sublicense as set forth in Section 2.3) under Patent Rights for the Field and in the Territory to manufacturemake, have manufacturedmade, distribute, have distributed, use, ; offer for Salesale, Sellsell, lease, loan loan, export and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the TerritoryProducts.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee and Affiliates a royalty-bearing exclusive license in the Exclusive Field, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, under Patent Rights and Technology Rights, to manufacture, have manufactureddevelop, use, Sell, distribute, have distributedlease, useloan, offer for Salesale, Sellimport, lease, loan and/or import and otherwise commercially exploit Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory, and to have any of the foregoing performed. Grant. (a) For the Patent Rights listed in Exhibit B, Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under such Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Exclusive Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Exclusive Field of Use in the Territory.. For the Patent Rights listed in Exhibit C, Licensor grants to Licensee:

(a) Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights license, with the right to manufacturegrant and authorize sublicenses, to Licensor's entire interest in and to the Licensed Patents within the Field to: (i) make, have manufactured, distribute, have distributedmade, use, import, have imported, sell, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import sale and otherwise exploit and distribute Licensed Products within the Field, and (ii) practice any method, process or procedure included within the Licensed Patents in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the TerritoryField.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights to manufacture, distribute, offer to sell, sell, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer offered for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import sale and sold Licensed Products in under the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.Patents as follows: The License shall include:

A Licensed Product Lease shall indicate that the Licensed Product is subject to a license with Licensor, and that in the event of termination of the license, any continued rights to use a leased Licensed Product must be obtained from Licensor.

(a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights to manufacturemake, have manufacturedmade, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services Processes in the Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Licensed Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Licensed Field of Use in the Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license under the Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Sale, Sell, lease, loan and/or import Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory. Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive royalty-bearing license under the Know-How to manufacture, have manufactured, offer for sale, sell, lease and/or import Licensed Products in the Licensed Field in the Licensed Territory.

Grant. (a) Licensor grants to Licensee a royalty-bearing exclusive license license, including the right to grant sublicense per Section 2.3 below, under Patent Rights to manufacture, have manufactured, distribute, have distributed, use, offer for Salesale, Sellsell, lease, loan and/or import and export Licensed Products in the Field of Use in the Territory and to perform Licensed Services in the Field of Use in the Territory.
