Common use of Grant to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Grant to Trustee. As security for the Secured Obligations, Grantor hereby grants, bargains, sells, warrants and conveys the Property to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, for the use and benefit of Beneficiary, and subject to all provisions hereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property and the rights and privileges hereby transferred or hypothecated unto Trustee, its permitted successors and assigns forever, for the uses and purposes set forth herein, until the Secured Obligations shall have been indefeasibly performed and paid in full in cash, at which time these presents and the estate hereby granted shall cease, terminate and be void and the Property shall be re-conveyed to Grantor or the title thereto shall be re-vested according to the provisions of law.
