Common use of Grant to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Grant to Trustee. As security for the Secured Obligations, Borrower irrevocably and unconditionally grants, bargains, sells, and conveys to Trustee, in trust, for the benefit of Lender, WITH POWER OF SALE and right of entry and possession wherever located, whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and, except as indicated, in and to the Property.
