Grant Temporary Clause Samples

The 'Grant Temporary' clause authorizes one party to provide another with temporary rights or access to certain property, resources, or privileges for a defined period. Typically, this clause outlines the scope, duration, and conditions under which the temporary grant is made, such as allowing a contractor to use a workspace or equipment during a project. Its core function is to formalize short-term permissions, ensuring both parties understand the limits and responsibilities associated with the temporary arrangement, thereby preventing misunderstandings or unauthorized use.
Grant Temporary an individual who is employed in a position for a special project that is contingent on state, federal or private funding and/or the continuation of said funding. Notwithstanding the time limits in Section 6.01 of this Agreement, a grant temporary may be employed for the duration of the grant funding and the termination of grant funding may result in the abolishment of the temporary position.
