Grant Offer. 2.1 Subject to the Recipient complying with the terms and conditions set out in this Grant Agreement and the Grant Letter, the Commissioner offers to pay the Grant to the Recipient as a contribution towards eligible expenditure.
Grant Offer. The Authority offers to pay the Grantee the grant funding set out in this Grant Contract on condition that the Grantee complies fully with the terms of this Grant Contract. Grant Offer. 3.1. Subject to the Recipient complying with this Grant Agreement, the Authority offers to reimburse the Recipient as a contribution towards its Eligible Expenditure incurred from the Commencement Date. The Grant must be paid into a bank located in the UK.

Grant Offer. 3.1 Payment of the grant is subject to you complying with these Terms and Conditions together with Annex F of the Grant Offer Letter and to such further conditions and requirements that we may from time to time specify.

Grant Offer. 2.1 SSN offers to pay the Grantee the Grant (the amount of which is set out in clause 5.1 of this Grant Agreement) on condition that the Grantee complies fully with the terms of this Grant Agreement.
Grant Offer. Subject to the Grant Recipient complying with the grant terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, Bradford Council shall pay the Grant to the Grant Recipient to fund the costs of replacement, retrofitting of their Vehicle, or to assist with the ongoing running costs of a fully electric vehicle.
