Common use of Grant of Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Units. Effective as of the Date of Grant, the Company grants the Grantee [#######] Restricted Stock Units (the “Units”) subject to the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan. Each Unit is subject to settlement into one share of Common Stock (a “Share”) that will be delivered to Grantee pursuant to this Agreement when and if such Unit becomes vested in accordance with this Agreement.
