Common use of Grant of RSUs Clause in Contracts

Grant of RSUs. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in this Agreement and in the Plan, the Company hereby grants to Grantee [_____] Restricted Stock Units (the “RSUs”).
