Common use of Grant of Restricted Share Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Restricted Share Units. In consideration of the Grantee`s agreement to provide services to the Company or its Subsidiaries, and for other good and valuable consideration, on the date listed hereof the Company irrevocably grants to the Grantee the number of Restricted Share Units set forth above, subject to the conditions described in Section 2 as well as the other provisions of this Restricted Share Unit Agreement and the terms of the Plan.
