Common use of Grant of Performance Share Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Performance Share Units. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of the Plan, the Company hereby grants to the Employee a target award (“Target Award”) of [insert: applicable number] Performance Share Units (“PSUs”). Each unit represents the right to receive one share of Stock. Subject to satisfaction of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan, the PSUs shall be settled in Stock.
