Common use of Grant of Executive Shares Clause in Contracts

Grant of Executive Shares. Subject to and upon the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in this Agreement and the Equity Incentive Plan, ACP hereby grants and issues to Executive 294,118 shares of Common Stock. The shares of Common Stock being granted and issued to Executive pursuant to this Section 2.01 (the "Executive Shares") shall be subject to vesting as set forth in Section 2.02

Grant of Executive Shares. The shares of Common Stock being granted and issued to Executive pursuant to this Section 2.01 (the "Executive Shares") shall be subject to vesting as set forth in Section 2.02
