GRANT MANAGERS. 11.1 The parties’ Grant Manager’s shall liaise and correspond with each other as may be required to implement the Activities and meet the terms and conditions of this Contract. 11.2 If either party changes its Grant Manager, it must notify the other in writing, the name and contact details of the replacement Grant Manager within five (5) working days of the change.
