Grant Close out Sample Clauses

Grant Close out. Unless the Commission authorizes an extension, Subrecipient will liquidate all obligations incurred under the federal award not later than seventy-five (75) calendar days after the end date of the period of performance as specified in this Attestation and Agreement, Subrecipient will promptly refund any balances of unobligated cash that the federal awarding agency or pass- through entity paid in advance or paid and that is not authorized to be retained for use in other projects. Subrecipient will account for any real and personal property acquired with federal funds received from the Commission.

Grant Close out. A. Final Grantee Report In addition to any other reporting requirements specified in this Agreement, the Grantee shall complete and submit a Final Grantee Report on forms provided by the Department, within forty-five (45) days of the earlier of the Grant Period end date or the effective date of termination of this Agreement. The Grantee should refer to the Welcome Package and the Reports Deliverable Schedule for the specific reporting requirements and due dates. The Grantee must report on the expenditure of Grant Funds provided by the State, and if applicable, the Grantee's required matching funds. The Grantee is responsible for taking the necessary steps to correct any deficiencies disclosed by such Final Grantee Report, including such action as the Department, based on its review of the report, may direct. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Refunds In accordance with the Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act, 30 ILCS 705/1, et seq., the Grantee must, within forty-five (45) days of the earlier of the Grant Period end date or the effective date of termination of this Agreement, refund to the Department, any balance of Grant Funds not spent or not obligated as of said date.

Grant Close out. No later than 90 calendar days after the conclusion of the performance period, the subrecipient shall compile and submit all requisite financial, performance, and other reports as stipulated by the terms of the grant agreement. All financial obligations incurred under the award must be fully liquidated within 90 calendar days following the conclusion of the performance period. In instances where advance payments or disbursements have been made to the subrecipient, any unobligated cash balances not authorized for retention in connection with other projects shall be promptly refunded to the State of Vermont. The subrecipient is obligated to maintain accurate records and account for all real and personal property acquired through the utilization of Federal funds. The closeout of an award does not absolve the subrecipient of the following responsibilities: • The obligation to return any funds due promptly resulting from subsequent refunds, corrections, or other transactions including final adjustments to the indirect cost rate. • Compliance with audit requirements. • Fulfillment of records retention requirements and ensuring all pertinent documents are preserved in accordance with the required timeframe.

Grant Close out. After the receipt and review of the Final Report, Saxifrage will notify Sprout when the Grant is considered closed. If all terms and conditions of the Agreement have been satisfied, then Sprout will be considered in good standing with Saxifrage and eligible to apply in the future for other Saxifrage programs and activities.
