Grammatical Interpretation; Construction. The headings of sections and subsections and divisions in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are only for convenience of reference and will not govern the interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents. All grammatical changes shall be made to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to maximize the rights and benefits belonging to Lender, including, without limitation, so that the singular shall include the plural and the masculine the feminine and vice versa.
