Grammatical Forms. Where a word or phrase is specifically defined, other grammatical forms of such word or phrase have corresponding meanings; the words “herein,” “hereunder,” and “hereof” refer to the provisions of this Contract as a whole and not to any particular portion or provision of this Contract; “including” means “including, but not limited to”, and other forms of the verb “to include” are to be interpreted similarly; and references to “or” shall be deemed to be disjunctive but not necessarily exclusive (i.e., unless the context dictates otherwise, “or” shall be interpreted to mean “and/or” rather than “either/or”.
