Graduate Programs. A. As Shawnee State University continues to add new graduate programs, matters will arise that have not been anticipated in this Collectively Bargained Agreement. The parties agree that in such instances, the issues will be addressed in a collaborative manner utilizing the Graduate Council and the appropriate governance and Association processes. The MOU process will be utilized to address such issues.

Graduate Programs. $6,500.00USD flat-fee for each student recruited by the Agent which meets the commission eligibility requirements outlined in section IV.b.iv of this Agreement.
Graduate Programs. All students enrolled in a graduate program (including graduate or doctoral degree) delivered on-campus or online format shall be eligible to receive a twenty percent (20%) tuition discount. The tuition discount applies only to tuition, and no other fees (other than the application fee) will be discounted. The tuition discounts apply provided that student accounts remain current. The discounts may not be applied to the University's RN to BSN, MS in Physician Assistant Studies, MS in Speech Language Pathology or Doctor of Psychology programs or be combined with other discount offers or other institutional aid.
Graduate Programs. Hospital may provide clinical instruction and supervision of Students by personnel designated as nurse preceptors or mentors who are qualified in a nursing specialty and/or otherwise permitted to supervise graduate Students in the field of nursing. Graduate Students are Students who have previously attained a baccalaureate degree and are currently enrolled in the master’s or doctoral degree program in nursing at School. Licensure to practice as a register nurse in the State of New Jersey is required for Graduate Programs with a focus on direct patient care such as Advanced Practice Nursing and Nurse Anesthesia.

  • Program 3.01 The Recipient declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end:

  • Sponsorship As required by section 286.25, F.S., if the Provider is a non-governmental organization which sponsors a program financed wholly or in part by State funds, including any funds obtained through this Contract, it shall, in publicizing, advertising, or describing the sponsorship of the program state: “Sponsored by (Provider's name) and the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families”. If the sponsorship reference is in written material, the words “State of Florida, Department of Children and Families” shall appear in at least the same size letters or type as the name of the organization.

  • Branding 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.2, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to GNAPs, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to GNAPs to use Verizon’s Marks.

  • Health Plans A. The health plans offered and benefits provided by those plans shall be those recommended by the JLMBC, approved by the City Council, and administered by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. XXX will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.
