Grading/Erosion Control Sample Clauses

The Grading/Erosion Control clause establishes requirements for managing soil movement and preventing erosion during construction or land development activities. It typically outlines standards for grading the site, installing erosion control measures such as silt fences or sediment basins, and maintaining these protections throughout the project. By specifying these obligations, the clause helps ensure compliance with environmental regulations and minimizes the risk of soil loss, water pollution, and damage to surrounding properties.
