Common use of GRADE OF LAND Clause in Contracts

GRADE OF LAND. Purchaser hereby agrees that Seller has no representations regarding the final grade of the lot after the completion of the construction of the Residence, and Purchaser recognizes that the final grade and configuration of the Residence on the lot will be dictated by Seller’s construction practices and may vary from that of any model viewed by Purchaser. Seller does not warranty sodding, seeding, shrubs, trees and plantings.
