GPU Products Sample Clauses
The 'GPU Products' clause defines the scope and characteristics of products that incorporate or utilize Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines which hardware or software items are considered GPU products, possibly specifying brands, models, or intended uses, such as for data centers, gaming, or AI applications. By clearly identifying what constitutes a GPU product, this clause ensures both parties understand the subject matter of the contract, reducing ambiguity and helping to allocate rights and responsibilities related to these specific products.
