Governmental Users. The Software and Documentation are "Commercial Items," as defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, and are licensed subject to Restricted Rights applicable to Commercial Items and only with those rights expressly granted under this Agreement. The U.S. Government will not be entitled to technical information that is not customarily provided to the public or to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose the Software or Documentation except as allowed under this Agreement.
Governmental Users. The Licensed Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items", as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation", as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202- 4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • Governmental Body “Governmental Body” shall mean any: (a) nation, state, commonwealth, province, territory, county, municipality, district or other jurisdiction of any nature; (b) federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other government; or (c) governmental or quasi-governmental authority of any nature (including any governmental division, department, agency, commission, instrumentality, official, organization, unit, body or Entity and any court or other tribunal).

  • Governmental Entity “Governmental Entity” shall mean any federal, state, local or foreign court, arbitral tribunal, administrative agency or commission or other governmental or regulatory authority or administrative agency.

  • Governmental Actions No Governmental Action is or will be required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by it, or the consummation by it of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or any other Loan Document to which it is, or is to become, a party other than such Borrower’s Approval, as applicable, which has been duly issued and is in full force and effect.

  • Governmental Notices The Reinsurer shall provide the Ceding Company, within five (5) Business Days after receipt thereof, copies of any written notice or report from any Governmental Entity with respect to the business reinsured under this Agreement and a written summary of any material oral communication with any Governmental Entity with respect to the business reinsured under this Agreement.

  • Governmental Orders Tenant agrees, at its own expense, to comply promptly with all requirements of any legally constituted public authority made necessary by reason of Tenant's occupancy of the Premises. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to comply promptly with any such requirements if not made necessary by reason of Tenant's occupancy. It is mutually agreed, however, between Landlord and Tenant, that if in order to comply with such requirements, the cost to Landlord or Tenant, as the case may be, shall exceed a sum equal to one year's rent, then Landlord or Tenant who is obligated to comply with such requirements may terminate this Lease by giving written notice of termination to the other party by certified mail, which termination shall become effective sixty (60) days after receipt of such notice and which notice shall eliminate the necessity of compliance with such requirements by giving such notice unless the party giving such notice of termination shall, before termination becomes effective, pay to the party giving notice all cost of compliance in excess of one year's rent, or secure payment of said sum in manner satisfactory to the party giving notice.
