Governmental Inspection. Recipient shall advise Corautus of any governmental communication, inspection or report relating to the Original Biological Materials which it is aware and which might reasonably be expected to affect the Original Biological Materials. Any response to a regulatory notice relating to the Original Biological Materials or such Law shall be prepared jointly by the Parties.
