Common use of Governmental Entity Clause in Contracts

Governmental Entity. Any court, governmental department, commission, council, board, bureau, agency or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality of the United States of America or any foreign country, or any state, county, municipality or local governmental body or political subdivision or any such other foreign country.

Governmental Entity. Governmental Entity. Any courtU.S. state, governmental departmentcommonwealth, commissionterritory, councilpossession or tribe and any political subdivision, boardcourts, bureaudepartments, agency commissions, boards, bureaus, agencies or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality instrumentalities of any of the United States of America or any foreign country, or any state, county, municipality or local governmental body or political subdivision or any such other foreign countryforegoing.

Governmental Entity. Any courtfederal, governmental state, Indian, county, municipal or other federal, state or local Governmental Entity or judicial or regulatory agency, board, body, department, bureau, commission, councilinstrumentality, boardcourt, bureautribunal or quasi-Governmental Entity in any jurisdiction (domestic or foreign) having jurisdiction over either Party or any affected asset, agency or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality over any of the United States of America or any foreign country, or any state, county, municipality or local governmental body or political subdivision or any such other foreign countrytransactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Governmental Entity. Any federal, regional, provincial, state, ------------------- county, city, local, communal or foreign government, or any court, governmental departmenttribunal, arbitrator, authority, agency, commission, councilbranch, boarddepartment, bureaudivision, agency official or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality of the United States of America or any foreign country, or any state, county, municipality or local governmental body or political subdivision or any such other foreign countrythereof.

Governmental Entity. Any courtUnited States (i) federal, state, local, municipal or other government; (ii) governmental or quasi-governmental entity of any nature (including, without limitation, any governmental agency, branch, department, commission, council, board, bureau, agency official or entity and any court or other tribunal); (iii) body exercising or entitled to exercise any administrative, executive, judicial, administrativelegislative, regulatorypolice, legislative regulatory or other instrumentality taxing authority or power of the United States of America any nature, including, without limitation, any arbitral tribunal and self-regulatory organizations; or (iv) any foreign country, national securities exchange or any state, county, municipality or local governmental body or political subdivision or any such other foreign countrynational quotation system.

Governmental Entity. Any court, governmental department, commission, council, board, bureau, agency or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality of the United States of America or any foreign country, nation or any state, countycommonwealth, municipality territory, possession or local governmental body tribe and any political subdivision, courts, departments, commissions, boards, bureaus, agencies or political subdivision or other instrumentalities of any such other foreign countryof the foregoing.

Governmental Entity. Any courtany nation or government, governmental departmentor supranational body, commissionany state, councilprovincial, boardterritorial, bureaumunicipal or political subdivision thereof (including the United States, agency Canada, Germany or any other country or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality of the United States of America or any foreign countryfederal, or any state, countylocal or municipal or other), municipality any court, tribunal and any administrative agency, ministry, commission or local governmental body other regulatory body, instrumentality, authority or political subdivision other entity or any such other foreign countryofficial thereof exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions thereof.

Any courtany nation or government, governmental departmentor supranational body, commission, council, board, bureau, agency any state or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality of political subdivision thereof (including the United States of America or any foreign countryother country or other federal, or any state, countylocal or municipal or other), municipality any court and any administrative agency or local governmental body other regulatory body, instrumentality, authority or political subdivision other entity or any such other foreign countryofficial thereof exercising executive, legislative, judicial, regulatory or administrative functions thereof.

Governmental Entity. Any United States or Canadian court, governmental departmentfederal, commissionstate, councilprovincial, board, bureau, local or foreign government or any administrative agency or other judicial, administrative, regulatory, legislative or other instrumentality of the United States of America commission or any foreign country, other governmental authority or any state, county, municipality or local governmental body or political subdivision or any such other foreign countryinstrumentality whatsoever.
