Common use of Governmental Control Clause in Contracts

Governmental Control. If any law, regulation or other governmental action requires Hedm▇▇ ▇▇ reduce price under this Agreement or prevents Hedm▇▇ ▇▇▇m increasing any price to the extent it wishes to pursuant to this Article 6, Hedm▇▇ ▇▇▇ cancel from the Agreement the Product(s) so effected by such law, regulation or other governmental action.
