Common use of Governmental Bonds Clause in Contracts

Governmental Bonds. At or prior to Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers evidence that Buyer has completed all action necessary to permit Buyer to post bonds or other security immediately following the Closing with all applicable Governmental Entities meeting the requirements of such Governmental Entities to own, and where appropriate, operate, the Properties.

Governmental Bonds. At or prior to Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller evidence that Buyer has completed all action necessary to permit Buyer to post bonds or other security immediately following the Closing with all applicable Governmental Entities meeting the requirements of such Governmental Entities to own, and where appropriate, operate, the Properties.

Governmental Bonds. At or prior to Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers evidence that Buyer has completed all action necessary to permit Buyer to post the bonds or other security identified at Section 7.7 of Sellers Disclosure Statement immediately following the Closing with all applicable Governmental Entities meeting the requirements of such Governmental Entities to own, and where appropriate, operate, the Properties.

At or prior to the Closing, Buyer shall deliver to Sellers Seller evidence that Buyer has completed all action necessary to permit Buyer to post bonds or other security immediately following the Closing with all applicable Governmental Entities meeting the requirements of such Governmental Entities to own, and where appropriate, operate, the PropertiesOil and Gas Assets.

At or prior to LP Closing, Buyer shall deliver to LP Sellers evidence that Buyer has completed all action necessary to permit Buyer to post bonds or other security immediately following the LP Closing with all applicable Governmental Entities meeting the requirements of such Governmental Entities to own, and where appropriate, operate, the LP Properties.
