Common use of Governmental Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorizations. No authorization, consent, approval or license of, or declaration, filing or registration with or exemption by, any governmental authority, body or agency is required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by the Borrower of this Agreement or the Notes.

Governmental Authorizations. No authorizationapproval, consent, approval or license ofexemption, authorization, or declaration, filing or registration with or exemption other action by, or notice to, or filing with, any governmental authority, body Governmental Authority is necessary or agency is required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by the Borrower by, or enforcement against, any Loan Party of this Agreement or the Notesany other Loan Document, except such as have been obtained or made and are in full force and effect.

Governmental Authorizations. No authorization, consent, approval authorization or license of, filing of or declaration, filing with any court or registration with or exemption by, any governmental authority, body or agency authority is required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by the Borrower of this Agreement issuance or the Notesconsummation of the transactions contemplated herein or in the Ancillary Agreements.

Governmental Authorizations. No authorization, consent, approval approval, license, permit, order or license authorization of, or declarationregistration, declaration or filing or registration with or exemption bywith, any governmental authority, body or agency authority is required to be obtained or made by or with respect to Purchaser or any of its Affiliates in connection with the execution, execution and delivery or performance by the Borrower of this Agreement or the Notesconsummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, except for the notifications to the Competition Authorities and, if applicable, to other Governmental Authorities pursuant to Section 8.1(b)(iii) hereof.
