No investigation or proceeding that could reasonably be expected to result in revocation or denial of any license, permit or approval is pending or, to the knowledge of the Borrower, threatened in writing, except where such revocation or denial could not reasonably be expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
