Common use of Governmental Authorities Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorities. Seller is not required to submit any notice, report or other filing to any governmental or regulatory authority in connection with the execution, delivery or performance of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. No consent, approval or authorization of any governmental or regulatory authority is required to be obtained by Seller in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Governmental Authorities. Seller is not required to submit any notice, report or other filing to with any federal, state, municipal, foreign or other governmental or regulatory authority (individually, a “Governmental Authority” and collectively, “Governmental Authorities”) in connection with the execution, Seller’s execution or delivery or performance of this Agreement or any of the Related Documents or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. No hereby and no consent, approval or authorization of any governmental or regulatory authority Governmental Authority is required to be obtained by Seller in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated herebyAgreement.

No hereby and no consent, approval or authorization of any governmental or regulatory authority Governmental Authority is required to be obtained by Seller in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the consummation of the transactions contemplated herebyAgreement.
