Common use of Governmental Authorisations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorisations. Except as disclosed in Schedule 5.6, no other consent, authorisation, order or approval of, or filing or registration with, or notification to any Governmental Authority is required by the Buyer, the Local Buyers and the Buyer’s Guarantor in connection with the execution, delivery and performance by the Buyer, the Local Buyers and the Buyer’s Guarantor of this Agreement or the consummation by the Buyer, the Local Buyers and the Buyer’s Guarantor of the transactions contemplated herein.
