Common use of Governmental Authorisations Clause in Contracts

Governmental Authorisations. Each Party shall be responsible for obtaining its own government authorisations necessary for the due performance of this Contract (including the performance of subcontracted work). DBSI shall be responsible for providing SSTL with a guarantee that meets the requirements of the third party liability as required by the Outer Space ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Chapter 38. Proof of the guarantee must be provided to SSTL in time for this to be supplied to the British National Space Centre and the satellite thus be authorised to leave the UK.
