Common use of GOVERNMENT INDEMNIFICATION Clause in Contracts

GOVERNMENT INDEMNIFICATION. Any provisions of this Lease to the contrary notwithstanding, if there is a requisition for use of the Aircraft pursuant to the CRAF Program and/or CRAF activation, LESSOR agrees that LESSEE's insurances described in Exhibit C may be supplemented by insurances provided under Title XIII of the Act, and/or U.S. Government indemnification (which Title XIII insurances and indemnification will be in amounts not less than those established in Exhibit C); provided, however, that LESSEE will remain responsible for full compliance with all the provisions of this Lease, including Articles 14 and 16, to the extent Title XIII and/or the U.S. Government indemnification do not satisfy LESSEE's obligations under this Lease.
