Common use of Government Contracts and Material Contracts Clause in Contracts

Government Contracts and Material Contracts. A. (i) There shall be a material default under any material Government Contract or other Material Contract; (ii) a notice of termination shall have been issued under any material Government Contract or other Material Contract; or (iii) a cure notice issued under any material Government Contract or other Material Contract shall remain uncured beyond (x) the expiration of the time period available to Borrower or other Loan Party, as applicable, pursuant to such material Government Contract or other Material Contract and/or such cure notice (as the case may be), to cure the noticed default, or (y) the date on which the other contracting party is entitled to exercise its rights and remedies under the material Government Contract or other Material Contract as a consequence of such default; or
