Common use of Government Authorizations; Regulatory Authorizations, Etc Clause in Contracts

Government Authorizations; Regulatory Authorizations, Etc. Borrower shall at all times obtain and maintain in force all Regulatory Authorizations and all other authorizations, permits, consents, approvals, licenses, exemptions and other actions by, and all registrations, qualifications, designations, declarations and other filings with, any Governmental Authority necessary in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement or the Note, consummation of the transactions herein or therein contemplated, performance of or compliance with the terms and conditions hereof or thereof or to ensure the legality, validity and enforceability hereof or thereof.
