Governing Rules. BlueSnap may develop rules to govern the division of payments received and commissions, compensation, notifications, dispersal of Customer data information, refund and Chargebacks for such Third Party Referrer relationships. If the Merchant engages in such relationships it shall be bound by such rules, which shall be made available through the BlueSnap website.
