Common use of Governing Plan Documents Clause in Contracts

Governing Plan Documents. Your PSU Grant is subject to all the provisions of the Plan, including any limits on the number of shares that may be issued to you as set forth in Section 3(c) of the Plan, the provisions of which are hereby made a part of your PSU Grant, and is further subject to all interpretations, amendments, rules and regulations which may from time to time be promulgated and adopted pursuant to the Plan. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein in the event of any conflict between the terms in the PSU Grant and the Plan, the terms of the Plan will control.
