Governing Laws; Consent to Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Province of British Columbia and the Laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be treated in all respects as a British Columbia contract. Each party hereby irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia in respect of all matters arising under or in relation to this Agreement.
