Common use of Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Forum Clause in Contracts

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Forum. This Agreement shall be construed under and governed by the internal laws of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Massachusetts. By entering into this Agreement, the Executive acknowledges that the Executive is subject to the jurisdiction of both the federal and state courts in Massachusetts.
