Common use of Governing Law; Enforceability Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Enforceability. The interpretation of this General Release will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. If any provisions of this General Release will be declared to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remaining provisions hereof which will remain in full force and effect.
