Governing Law; Captions. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and shall be governed by the law of the State of California. It may not be changed orally, but only by agreement in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought, and consented to in writing by each of the parties hereto. Section headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not be considered a part of this Agreement.
