Governing Law; Captions. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. It may not be changed orally, but only by agreement in writing signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought, and consented to in writing by the President of Employer.
