Governing Law and Section Headings. This Lease shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The titles of the Articles and Sections in this Lease have been inserted as a matter of convenience of reference only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any of the terms and provisions hereof.
