Common use of Governing Law and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Remedies. The parties acknowledge and agree that they are bound by their arbitration obligations under Exhibit A attached hereto, which the parties also hereby agree to execute contemporaneously and is an integral part of this Agreement. The parties agree and acknowledge that all provisions of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware exclusively and without reference to principles of conflict of laws.
