Governing law and enforceability 8. 4.1 This Agreement is governed by English law and international students should be aware that this may differ from the law in their home country. 8.4.2 If any aspect of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will be unaffected.
