Governing law and enforceability 7. 4.1 This Agreement is governed by English law and any legal proceedings regarding this Agreement shall be brought in the English Courts. 7.4.2 If any aspect of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will be unaffected.
