Governing Law; Amendments. Except to the extent governed by applicable federal law, this Pledge Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without reference to choice of law doctrine. This Pledge Agreement may not be amended or modified nor may any of the Pledged Collateral be released, except in writing signed by the parties hereto.
