Common use of Governance and Anticorruption Clause in Contracts

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower, MOR and RVNL shall comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1988, as amended to date) and shall allow and assist ADB's representatives to carry out random spot checks on the work in progress and utilization of funds for the Project.
