Common use of Governance and Anticorruption Clause in Contracts

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower Borrower, EVN, and CTTP shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower Borrower, the State, and APGCL shall (ai) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, directly or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the ProjectInvestment Program; and (bii) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation, and as included in detail in the FAM.

Governance and Anticorruption. The Borrower and MECS shall (a) comply with ADB’s Anticorruption Policy (1998, as amended to date) and acknowledge that ADB reserves the right to investigate directly, or through its agents, any alleged corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practice relating to the Project; and (b) cooperate with any such investigation and extend all necessary assistance for satisfactory completion of such investigation.
