Common use of Goods Clause in Contracts

Goods. For purposes of this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, “Goods” means all equipment, materials, supplies, ancillary parts, accessories, components and other items purchased by Purchaser pursuant to this Cooperative Purchasing Agreement and as identified in the Purchase Order.
